This home began with a modest brief: update the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Once those spaces were complete, the clients were so impressed with the craftsmanship and feel of the new rooms that they made a bold decision — to renovate the entire home around them. The project quickly evolved into a full‑scale redesign, with Blu Seven tasked with extending the same level of luxury, detail and cohesion throughout the rest of the house.

The challenge became architectural: how do you take two beautifully finished rooms and elevate the entire home to match their tone, materiality and atmosphere? We re‑planned the layout, refined circulation, and introduced a consistent palette so the home felt unified, intentional and calm — instead of like a series of disconnected upgrades.
